start menu missing - Microsoft Community


start menu missing. unsure need do, there no tiles, nothing. there is, black screen. ive done of "fixes" far, , nothing. there more can do? new computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
