User account issues - Microsoft Community


my user account chris santonio. can tell me if these different user accounts on computer. mean other people hacking computer. when open control panel see account other ones don't show up.  shows i'm administrator  i can reset computer cause says i'm not.  are someway can remove other accounts? can tell me can fix this. or tell me can go this. if can give me info i'd appreciate it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
