Windows 10 fails to boot, none of the recovery options is working - Microsoft Community


suddenly our pc refuses boot. tried recovery options including reset has failed.

i run command prompt chkdsk /r /x , did not help. running sfc /scannow resulted in "windows resource protection not perform requested operation". should our next step our pc life?

hi rina,

systems fail boot if run conflicts. several things need considered bottom of situation problem related software troubles. kindly answer these questions can identify need work on repair pc:

  • did problem start after installing new programs or updates on computer?
  • what error when trying recovery options?

see if able computer when peripheral devices unplugged. if lets sign in pc, review update history in windows update check updates may have led problem. click link know how review updates installed through windows update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
