Windows 10 Freeze / Hang - Microsoft Community


i've seen many posts , i've tried fixes can find. windows 10 hangs intermittently.  1 way can make happen every time go diskmgmt.msc , resize window buy dragging bottom right corner.  happens every time. have drive windows 7 works fine. it's older, smaller hard drive full (which has it's own set of problems).

i have latest updates windows. 1607 os build 14393.1066, windows update says pc date of today.

i've tried  lot of 'fixes' none seem help. here some:

all device drivers are up date

i tried clean boot , still happens

netsh winsock reset

manually set / manager paging file

turned off link state power management

chkdsk /r

turned off location services

sfc /scannow

there others that's remember right now.  advice appreciated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
