Windows doesn't load - Microsoft Community


the problem more broad actual subject made.

some time ago desktop froze , said wasn't responding. press end process , close program wasn't responding time have been system service may have ended. impatient , decided restart computer when nothing happened after clicking end process.

when starting hp laptop again software shows preparing automatic repair. loads bit goes empty black screen. stays entire duration of computer being on.

sometimes software keep loading screen hp logo on entire duration of computer being on well. 

when pressing either f11 or f12 @ time screen go empty black screen.

i took computer windows 10 (upgraded 8) , made recovery disk. when inserting nothing happens. @ 1 point remember taking out usb , given blue screen stop code.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
