BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Community


hello,

my work laptop asking bitlocker recovery key. had done no changes machine since last restart. 

the issue not know microsoft account linked machine did not use this.

i have key id, have no idea on how recovery key. i've called microsoft said should ask here...

help appreciated.

confirm, being asked bitlocker recovery key lock screen after booting pc? if not, being asked bitlocker recovery key?

also, person has account on device? have done troubleshooting steps try resolve issue? if yes, these troubleshooting steps?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
