change my sign in from windows password to microsoft password - Microsoft Community


i trying change log in windows microsoft because every time laptop shuts down & go log in tells me windows password wrong 50 times accepts it.  when go change log in microsoft tells me log in 1 last time windows.  i don't have time since doesn't take long before does.  this work laptop & can not spend time trying log in.  i can never shut down or restart it.  i've tried cancel updates windows & microsoft because need auto restarts & can stuck again!! other thing is, when try change windows password tells me need flash drive this.  i asked boss & has no idea talking about!!

what can do.. please help!!!!!!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
