Change picture on PC screen when FIRST starting up - Microsoft Community


when first starting pc, there picture wish change, can find no way have looked through settings section?

what do?

hi,

we want confirm, referring login screen background? if yes, try steps below:

  1. press windows key.

  2. click on settings.

  3. select personalization settings window.

  4. click on tab on left side of the personalization menu says lock screen. under background, select windows spotlight, picture, , slideshow.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
