Copied icons move back to main display upon restart - Microsoft Community


title states, every time computer restarted or turns on after being shutdown desktop icons copied , moved second monitor go first one. have windows 10, , i've been having problem ever since got computer earlier year. it's annoying having rearrange every icon upon every start up, , far haven't found way stop windows doing this. there way icons permanently stay are?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
