Failure to display security and shut down options error - Microsoft Community


hi, yesterday pc kind of crashed , turned off due heat issues , when tried boot it, got login screen, entered pin got error in name of post (failure display security , shut down options) , nothing else happened, pc turned on nothing more black screen , mouse pointer.. , problem on bootup dont see option boot on safe mode.. f8, f9, f10,f11 none worked.. thats why other post in community cant me. can anyone?

im runing lastest , updated version of stable windows 10

none of things helped me.. had boot until yhe login screen press shut down , waited 30min shut down. good. needed patience

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
