windows fail enable "windows hello", though pc attached wit "morpho mso 1300 e2" fingerprint scanner installed driver , latest java.. microsoft windows technical person tried resolve issue remote pc faild   please me..

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
