restart - Microsoft Community


when press restart message "restarting" comes ,but screen goes blank , have shut down , press start button, simple ideas?

we need determine cause issue on why restart not working, kindly give details on following:

  • did make changes prior issue?
  • have tried troubleshooting already?
  • is there error message or pop-up box?

we forward response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
