Shut down error msg - explorer.exe - Application Error - Microsoft Community


every time shut down or restart following error message few seconds , process continues completion:

the instruction @ 0x00007ff7dad186b2 referenced memory @ 0x0000000000000030. memory not written.

click on ok terminate program

however stated, process continues completion.

is malwarebytes installed , running creators update?

if so, update recent version of malwarebytes.

there issue malwarebytes in creators update such here and updating recent version of malwarebytes may help.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
