Start Screen - Microsoft Community


nothing allow me reduce size of start screen.  move curser top, sides, , bottom, seem hitting road block.  arrow sits there , screen nothing.  appears app extends beyond edges of screen.  cannot important work doing when navigated start screen.  help!!!!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
