White color not working since Windows Privacy dialog yesterday - Microsoft Community


i got dialog/question yesterday window 10 privacy settings answered. 
since can not display white space anywhere on windows. word, excel, chrome, edge filled priva(te) graphic instead of white space/color….. seems got replaced.

well, have managed find problem. did not mention while using remote console access laptop. when did screen print looked wrong screen print fine when @ laptop screen. confused screen print posted, has no obvious symptoms of problem.

the solution in remote desktop there check box enable "presistent bitmap caching". once un-checked problem when away. guess white bitmap cached private bitmap , clearing caching stopped happening.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
