- did start after installing updates?
- does issue happen when using different browser?
- do error messages when computer freezes?
please review update history in windows update see if update has problem. click link know how can see update history in windows. install available updates in case happens due outdated drivers.
it helpful if use different browser can identify if problem specific browser choice. may need configure browser add-ons or components able browse flash-related contents on web.
