Windows 10 explorer not responding. - Microsoft Community

windows explorer not responding when click on pc in windows 10. when checked in task manager asking restart.

any 1 please.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
