Windows 10 keeps restarting with error - Microsoft Community


i have hp envy 23 windows 10. has been unplugged week. when attempted turn on got:

":( looks windows unable start" [on blue screen] options restart or advanced options

windows startup not fix problem

the error message driver_unloaded_without_cancelling_pending_ operations

failed load mrxsmb.sys

it gets far startup page date , time before attempting restart. notice momentary flash of smaller white rectangle in upper left part of screen (looks log file window).

it possible there update completed when last turned off machine not remember.

i tried disconnected printers, scanners, drives , got same cycle of error.  unable check updates or virus scan cannot machine start. had not noticed issues startup prior this.

i have option reset pc prefer not unless absolutely necessary.

all suggestions appreciated!!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
