warning on computer when turn on. how remove it? off computer?

  • did make changes prior issue?
  • what trying perform when getting error message?
  • could send screenshot?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
