windows 10 power options keep going back to balanced - Microsoft Community


so have gaming laptop operating system windows 10 , set power options @ high performance. thing is, everytime shut down or restart laptop, goes balanced???? ive run troubleshooter on power , came saying power plan set high performance issue, absurd. know gaming laptop batteries drain quite fast keep mine charging dont know why power plan keeps automatically reverting back. 

does have solution?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
