Bitlocker - Enter Recovery Key correctly and asked to Restart the - Microsoft Community

hi,

i hoping able assist bitlocker.  i in position of deploying laptops clients through sccm 1607 deployment. 

the client devices use mbam in order encrypt device.  however have following issue:

when rebooting system, system asks bitlocker pin.

in event key lost, need select bitlocker recovery key.  

upon receiving key self service portal of mbam, device states key correct , allows proceed pressing continue.  the machine states unlocking.

however on next screen states recovery key correct, press restart accept changes , restart pc.

upon restart machine asks bitlocker pin again.  is issue mbam/bitlocker or there anyway around this.

please note key correct don't wish recover drive know pin.  i want make sure device fit purpose. 

mbam (malware bytes anti malware) have encrypting hdds?
- majority of consumers associate mbam acronym

there maybe handful of users on forum (which consumer / home user forum)
majority of users here not , not have clue 90% of content of question

i've never dealt butlocker, can't help
