to assist customizing program icons in windows 10 pc, kindly follow steps below:

  1. click on windows + x.
  2. choose control panel.
  3. on view by, located on upper-right portion, select small icons.
  4. click on display.
  5. select calibrate color on left panel.
  6. under change text size, tick box beside bold.
  7. click apply.
  8. you may need restart computer changes take effect.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
