Exchange ActivSync Policies Broker problem unresolved - Microsoft Community


i still having same problem exchange activsync policies broker. sits there on computer flashing on task bar waiting installed. usual message on screen "do want app make changes...." click on no button , disappears keeps coming back. i may wrong think interfering way computer running. cause of may have started time downloaded program "documents manager" which i have since deleted. don't recall problem being there prior that.

i have tried changing uac control settings and clean boot neither worked. i even tried going a restore point no luck there either.

it's app on computer that somehow have unintentionally downloaded (?) , it is waiting installed. i'm not tech savy understanding microsoft created it. why can't somebody tell me how remove it? 

out there prepared me one. still happening, doesn't nobody understand question, have written in incorrectly?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
