I am having problems with my pc. - Microsoft Community


hello, having problem windows , need youre help. problems having cant turn off pc pressing windows home button, have turn off manually holding power button each time want turn off pc. second problem having cant download new update or download apps, have tried use administrator comand fix doesn't work. lenovo yoga 510 works fine expect these problems. please need youre help. bought game 10 dollars , cant download it. have tried every thing.

to better isolate concerns, we'd ask few questions:

  • are getting error messages when turning off computer windows home button?
  • are getting error messages when downloading update/app?
  • did make changes computer settings prior issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
