Laptop frozen on restarting screen - Microsoft Community


laptop windows 10 frozen on restarting screen , doesn't respond power button. , when frozen mean animation frozen , can't anything. think have leave run out of battery in order power down because button doesn't work , can't remove battery. know problem or can do?

check google on how remove battery or call manufacturer. re-insert battery , check if windows loads :d

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
