good afternoon, past 7 months have feels remoting laptop's. have 3 separate laptops running versions of windows 10. might accounts have been home settings changed things turn on going on months home novice user , not means of computer programmer. after doing research think i've come conclusion they've somehow got computers using local security policy folders. try find folders should be. not there. have input on how can find these folders , flush these people out of computers once , all?

got you. however, best way able identify if pc got intercepted web spies bring computer trusted local it, or personal it. little hard determine if machine has been hacked or not.
