option activate action cantre greyed out in taskbar settings (pasticonstreams missing registry editor, might related?), cannot reset pc fix due unknown problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
