Panda Global Protection all snoozed. - Microsoft Community


dear all,

have encountered problem time. computer installed third party anti virus program (panda global protection 2016) been snoozed windows. not able "unsnooze" though had proceed "security , maintenance" settings there change "network firewall" , "virus protection". 

when click "view installed antivirus apps" , "view installed firewall apps", small window had prompted out, , select "panda firewall" , "panda global protection". nothing happen after it. computer firewall under protected "windows firewall" , virus protection none. because can't unsnooze or select other pre-installed av program such windows defender.

i hope can able using panda global protection in both protection (firewall , antivirus).

i need expert or of have solution me figure out. pc @ risk, highly appreciated me can me solved issue.

there no need 3rd party anti virus if computer date , have windows defender , malwarebytes running.

the best anti virus protection between chair , keyboard.  watch going, when downloading program use makers site , watch , not allow programs loaded. refuse them.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
