Restarting Constantly - Microsoft Community


every time boot pc gets scanned windows defender offline restarts. process ha been repeating last 3 hours. can't access anything. specs are:

gpu: nvidia geforce gt 710

cpu: intel quad core q6600

ram: 8gb

hard drive: 500gb sata

my pc did when restarted after installing pc-cd rom peter jackson's king kong official game of movie

windows defender may have come across problem unable fix, resulting situation. able access recovery options in windows 10?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
