hi there, last evening whilst using pc there 2 or 3 mains electric short downs (flickers) , on, since blue screen message above. have tried can think of boot safe mode no avail good.

press , hold down power button on computer cause computer restart. on third time should see advanced options menu. select system restore restore computer earlier date , time.



Windows / Windows 10 / Power on or off a device / PC

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
