Window 10 Incompatibility with Programs - Microsoft Community


my laptop asus zenbook pro ux5051vw , i'm having trouble running specific programs.

1. clip studio paint: 

     the message "clip studio paint has stopped working" pops , tried compatibility run , nothing works.

2. krita:

     doesn't open. says incompatible.

3. paint sai tool:

     launches no response. 

the odd thing in previous laptop, has windows 10, 3 programs works perfectly. works in sister's laptop. 

moved from: ( windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate / pc )

have contacted developers of each app find out compatibility, support, updates or support windows 10?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
