WINDOWS 10 DELETED BY ITSELF - Microsoft Community


windows 10 upgrade disappeared

i have 2 operating systems. first 1 windows 7 home edition , second 1 windows 7 professional edition. each os full system , not upgrade. each 1 on separate hard drive , using ezbcd flip flop between each.
home edition testing , professional 1 actual running after debugging applications.
6 months ago, upgraded each system windows 10 no problems.
several days ago, logged computer , windows 10 home vanished , defaulted to
windows 7 home. windows 10 professional vanished , did windows 7 professional system , ezbcd program.
have 1 operating system.
ideas on cause this?

i formatted hard drives , reinstalled windows 7 pro , upgraded windows 10 pro.

the second system, reinstalled windows 7 home.

at point not think contacting microsoft support team problem.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
