windows 10 freezing after startup - Microsoft Community


hi

i bought dell inspiron 15 5555 amd a10 processor,8gb of ram,radeon r6 2gb graphics , 1tb hdd storage windows 10 home.

     installed mcafee 2 years of subscription.at first worked fine.then friend installed games ignoring mcafe's warnings , pc got infected trojan virus

.    tried manually clean virus didn't work,so wiped out data reinstalling windows 10,then problem started of during windows freezes right after startup.

any help?

try booting safe mode(press f8/del/f10 repeatedly screen lights up) , data backed somewhere else. format other disk partitions too, seems virus has infected other disk partitions , formatting system drive didn't it.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
