Windows 10 takes around 8 - 9 minutes to restart - Microsoft Community

when restart desktop, not when first starts up, on restart takes approx. 10 15 minutes before brings lock screen 8 or 9 minutes of monitor saying no signal desktop still on. when first turn desktop on gets lock screen in minute.

to resolve issue, suggest restoring pc system restore point. restoring pc won't affect personal files, remove apps, drivers, , updates installed after restore point made. follow steps under restore system restore point.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
