if can't access old account can still use admin migrate
new 1 (remember leave admin account unused except
test , fix).

in the instructions of link below use these instead of #3. follow all others
under work group (if you on domain should working technet).

3. in 8/8.1 , 10 use file explorer - click on drive users (usually
c:\ ) - view tab - tick hidden items box & on far upper right of ribbon options
