Windows doesn't launch anymore!!! - Microsoft Community


hello,

i used software (malwarebytes anti-malware) remove viruses , bad files. , when turn on computer on windows, have "loading wheel" turning , windows doesn't come. think software may have remove important windows file. have ubuntu partition on computer, maybe help...

i'm on windows 10, laptop asus rog g75vx, , if need more information can ask me! :)

it looks you're having problems booting computer. assist concern, need answers following questions:

  • are getting error messages related problem?
  • did try wait until wheel stops loading?
  • have tried force restart computer?
  • could post here photo showing problem?
  • what troubleshooting steps have taken resolve issue?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
