A referral was returned from server - problem with instalation of new - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

have problem installation of new program on desktop computer.

after downloading new version of program use, , have license it, win 10 home version give me (on double click on .exe file) message "a referral returned server"

have been google till now, , usual solving of problem gpeditor (group policies editor) have home version, andi cannot approach policies.

can do???

please help!

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
