Administrator account somehow disappeared, other user cannot remember - Microsoft Community


i added user secondary laptop, logged out of account , created password. logged out , not remember password. computer claiming hers account on computer, there no way me enter password. don't know happened account, of files still there last time on it.

she created password user id, nothing else done change on computer because right there. want know if there way me in, makes no sense computer removing account when added user.

  1. did user log in using microsoft credentials?
  2. have tried shutting down computer , tried switching account?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
