Bit locker recovery - Microsoft Community


i turned on lenovo thinkpad , got bit locker recovery screen. 

i don't know code though give recovery key i'd below 36 characters long. code entry box allows numeric codes entered. assistance appreciated

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
