Can't open Window 10 after Update - Microsoft Community


windows 10 updated on weekend can't sign in.

do have 3 icons in bottom right corner of login screen? right click 1 on right (see image below) , select update , restart. login screen reappear. enter password or pin number , luck able access computer.

 

 

if above not work make sure caps lock off , num lock on.

 

you can check malfunctioning keyboard using ease of access keyboard enter password. on computer log in screen place cursor in password entry box, click ease of access icon (third icon left bottom right corner of screen), click on screen keyboard , enter password using keyboard.

 

why can't sign in?

if choose select i've forgotten password (option 1 in link above) make sure email microsoft sends goes email address can access not depend on gaining access problem computer.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
