Cannot remove devices from Microsoft account - Microsoft Community


oh gosh!  i can not remove devices microsoft account on pc.  there old phone no longer have , 3 xbox 1 devices , have two.  there no remove button next device.  how in world them off account?!!?!?!

to make things easier you, follow steps below on how remove devices microsoft account:

1. open internet explorer/microsoft edge and sign in microsoft account.

2. click devices menu and choose devices. “your devices” page shows devices registered account.

3. find device you’d remove on list.

4. when you’ve located device want remove, click remove link right.

5. on warning page, select the i’m ready remove device check box , click remove.

6. a confirmation page shows device removed , exact time , date. click back to devices.

$AV_ASW folder - Microsoft Community

dear all, lately i've found folder in both c: , d:, named $av_asw. inside there vault folder , within folder, db file can't open notepad or ms access. idea on this? i've tried googling gave me avast instead, however, i've used avast more 3 years now, no such file exist before. virus or bug or malware or whatever? please advice. thanks! what name of file? sounds avasts vault put potentially unwanted or infected files prevent them doing harm. WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community
