how uninstall microsoft edge , reinstall mine has stoped working , , microsoft have talked them 2 times , still cant , running right .

based on information have provided in post, need further investigation. assist better, we'd know following:  

 

  • were there recent changes on device?  

  • were there external devices connected computer when happened?  

  • have installed software?  

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?  
     

we'll wait response.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
