Email account set up on Windows 10 mobile - Microsoft Community


i struggling set imap email account on lumia 950xl running windows 10 mobile build 10.0.14393.953.

i have determined problem related email address contains "*" character , of format

*@domain.co.uk

yesterday set account similar email address (just different domain) working fine, today cannot set account email address containing "*" character.

the difference between today , yesterday downloaded phone update.

i'd appreciate in resolving problem, other thing can think of doing factory reset on phone , not downloading phone update.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
