Is there a way to add a FILE to a tile in Windows 10? - Microsoft Community


i believe answer no, found instructions if add paste shortcut startmenu folders in c:/users..... folder add search , pin start menu because recognize app didn't work.  i'm willing on start menu can't that. appreciated.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
