locked out of laptop by wrong email - Microsoft Community


somehow 8 yr old changed email address on laptop else's email address , now  can't change email address because don't have password , can't past screen.

i hate these new computers insist on having passwords , sign in names. ever happened turn on...and work? 

i don't have clue how did , don't know who's email can't use own laptop.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
