can true there still no spam filter update or add-on deal insanity?

i've had manually delete hundreds of mails asking or promising "****" ... bet if wrote slang term used in forum you'd find way filter .. please afford me same option.

a handy word filter splendid please! can without mails inviting me "middlesex" or "fukishima" , sacrifice willing make.

help me out you?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
