Unable to change OS language - Microsoft Community


hi, have laptop got china, want change display language english. i've downloaded , selected english 'set default', , rebooted system couple of times, it's still in chinese. not that, seems chinese still 'windows display language' after i've set english 'set default' can see in pic below:

open control panel , select language , make sure preference @ top of list (click options see if have download language packs) remove or demote don't need. control panel select region , set language settings preferred option. in settings>time , language>region , language click english (united states) , click options , add keyboard layout of choice. hold down windows key , press space bar preferred language should first.

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
