why i cant switch off or restart my laptop??? - Microsoft Community


im using windows 10...recently laptop not shut down....so have no choice close lid.....once did  will go sleep

i tried change setting on power option..and not working ....and tried using cmd still cant shut down laptop....pls ...help me

  • were there changes made in laptop before issue started?
  • is your driver date?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
