  • what happened prior concern? has computer received updates?
  • is first time happened?
  • have done reboot , tried sign in again?
  • can send screenshot of page error can check on it?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
