Windows 10 boot process pauses following March updates - Microsoft Community


my windows 10 x64 system not boot without intervention following installation of these updates: kb3150513, kb890830, kb4013418, kb4013429, kb4014329 installed on 3/14/2017.

the system boots blue windows logo, sit there indefinitely. however, if press ctl-alt-del after short delay circle of dots appears , system finishes booting normally.  same thing happens when resuming hibernation.  i'm told w10 pc doing same thing.

i don't see error in system / application or setup event logs seem relate problem. else seeing this?

WTouch_Message_Window app running in the background is preventing - Microsoft Community

Windows error No Certificate Available - Microsoft Community
